Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

Salary: $110,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries and frameworks relevant to GenAI application development, such as LangChain
• Strong experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn, along with model serving tools like TorchServe, ONNX, and Triton
• Experience training or fine-tuning language models such as BERT, Llama2, and GPT, as well as applying optimization methods like LoRA, knowledge distillation, pruning, and quantization
• A bachelors and masters degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field preferred
• At least five years of industry experience in machine learning, applied AI, or data science roles
• At least five years of professional Python experience
• At least three years of experience working with agile teams
• Experience building and productizing ML models and systems

• Contribute to the full lifecycle of AI and ML applications, from concept and design through testing, release, and support
• Develop and maintain reliable ML pipelines for training, validation, and model deployment
• Partner with DevOps or infrastructure teams to manage GPU resources, model serving frameworks, and CI/CD workflows
• Evaluate and integrate emerging research, tools, and frameworks to expand our teams capabilities
• Develop ML and GenAI solutions professionally and in line with established delivery timelines and firm procedures
• Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information
