CHS Career Site in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Patient Care Technician for neuroscience units. The role supports nursing staff in delivering patient care, monitors vital signs, and assists with daily activities, mobility, and safety.

The ideal candidate has HS graduate with CNA/BCLS familiarity or enrollment in nursing, and strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. This is a day shift, full-time position with emphasis on patient-centered care.
