Master Order-Material HandlerWe're seeking a dependable Material Handler to join one of our client's warehouse operations team. In this role, you'll offload incoming material, process and stage customer orders, and help maintain accurate, traceable inventory.What You'll DoOffload incoming shipments and process them efficientlyStage outbound orders to minimize loading and truck detention timeMaintain inventory accuracy and material traceabilityOperate equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and RF scannersMeasure steel products (tubing, bar, beam, channel, angle) using tape measures, calipers, and micrometersKeep work areas clean, organized, and safePerform routine preventive maintenance on warehouse equipmentFollow established safety processes and proceduresWork collaboratively with teammates to support a safe, productive environmentWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma1+ year of experience measuring steel products required5+ year of experience with calipers/micrometers required1+ year of truck loading experience with forklift and overhead crane requiredForklift, overhead crane, and RF scanner experience preferredBasic reading, writing, and math skills, including fractions/decimalsAbility to pass a drug screeningMust be fluent in EnglishWorking ConditionsAbility to work in hot (90°F+) environments for extended periods8+ hours of standing/walking throughout the shiftFrequent squatting/bending to inspect or handle materialLifting of moderate loadsOccasional overtime as needed
