Family Support Specialist Empower Parents & Children
Waypoint
Waypoint in Concord, NH is seeking a dedicated Family Support Specialist to work with expectant parents and families with young children through regular home visits, providing education, advocacy, and encouragement tailored to each family's strengths. This role centers on building trust, supporting healthy parent–child relationships, and helping families navigate challenges while connecting them with community resources and services.
Associates degree required; a Bachelor's is preferred.
