Benefits: Above Industry pay 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunities for advancement 9 Paid Holidays Weekly Pay Vacation Year End Bonus (based on Performance) Requirements/Responsibilities: High School Diploma or equivalent Certification or Degree in this field/ or minimum of three years’ experience Record-keeping (paperwork/data entry) Must be able to troubleshoot Hydraulic Systems Proficient with Light and Heavy equipment Must be able to troubleshoot 12- and 24-Volt Systems Must have own tools up to 2 inches Able to work both in yard and service clients in field using company truck Great customer service communication Must have and obtain a good driving record (MVR) Hold a CDL license Ability to conduct repairs in a timely and efficient manner Must be able to weld both Stick and Mig, Air Arcing is a plus Strong attention to detail Clean and organized Must be able to pass a Physical and Drug Screen (DOT) Ability to attend Factory School (company pays), to keep you updated on changes in your field Physical requirements: Lift 75 pounds, Walking, Climbing, Working under equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr Sargents Equipment
