Education

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) - Required
• Associate degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science from an accredited institution - Required

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• 1 year of clinical lab experience - Required
• Knowledge of universal infection and prevention protocol and standard safety practices and procedures.
• Skill in operating standard laboratory equipment.
• Ability to evaluate laboratory test results.

Licensure/Certification(s) Preferred

• ASCPA/NCA certification - Required
