Respiratory Therapist PRN - Night

Role Respiratory Therapist II responsible for delivering advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessment in critical care settings. Key Responsibilities Perform ventilator management, airway management, arterial blood gas analysis, patient education, and collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and provide quality, safe care. Assist with invasive/non-invasive procedures and pulmonary diagnostics. Promote a team-oriented environment, ensure accurate documentation, and support performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited respiratory therapy program with at least 20 quarter hours of science. Associate's or Bachelor's degree required. Certifications include NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. Experience & Skills 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
