JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

CT Technologist candidates will have the following job responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Radiologist, performs all computerized tomography scans on various portions of the body to assist the medical staff in the detection of abnormalities.
• Performs duties and functions as a Radiology Technologists as assigned.
• This position requires providing care/service to a critically through sub-acutely ill pediatric through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

• CT Technologist candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
• One year of CT experience REQUIRED. Candidates DO NOT need to have acute care experience for Osceola. However, for the FSED opportunities they need to have acute care experience* FOR THE FSED ROLES, Candidates MUST HAVE at least 1 year of experience as a CT Tech
• Associate Degree or Vocational School Graduate of an approved School of Radiology.
• State of Florida HRS General Radiography license.
• Current BCLS-C certification.
• ARRT certification (R and CT) required at submission.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
