100% Remote (Candidates locating in PST will get priority)
Long-term Contract
Required Skills:
- Skilled hands-on experience with functional Scala Programming and strong AWS (Including... ECS, Glue, EMR, Batch, Airflow, MSK) and knowledge on VPC, subnets, security groups, and policies.
- Good to have Aurora & Terraform.
- Candidate should be in a position to ramp up with terraform, as needed.
Additional Skills: PREFER PREVIOUS APEX CONTRACTORS Candidates located in the PST time zone will get priority.
- MUST HAVE Strong working experience on Scala Programming (Not sufficient to have limited Scala knowledge with just spark or Hadoop)
- MUST HAVE Strong working experience on AWS Services ECS, EKS, AWS Batch, AWS Glue, Lambda, Cloudwatch, Athena & Quicksight
- Strong knowledge on containerization, Docker, ECR, Cloud deployment
- Good to have Python or Java knowledge and working experience.
- Good to have Kafka knowledge.
- Good to have Terraform Knowledge
- Good to have infrastructure understanding on the cloud services.
- Willing to learn new technologies and explore the new skill set
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
