Key Responsibilities

• Own model serving and inference workflows end-to-end, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Lead initiatives to optimize inference systems for throughput, latency, and cost.
• Design and manage GPU-based inference and training workloads, including capacity planning.
• Enhance model lifecycle components such as packaging, versioning, testing, and deployment automation.
• Implement observability practices for ML services and pipelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience, or Master's with significant production ML systems experience.
• Strong Python development skills for ML systems and backend services.
• Proven experience deploying and operating ML workloads in cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of model serving architectures and performance tradeoffs.
• Hands-on experience with GPU-based workloads in production settings.
