Production Operator

The Production Operator is responsible for operating production machinery, processing raw materials, and packaging finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures product quality, follows safety and operating procedures, maintains a clean work area, and works collaboratively with the production team to manufacture vitamins, minerals, and feed ingredients efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate in a fast-paced production environment while meeting daily production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operate machinery, multitask efficiently, and complete work assignments on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications: At least 18 years old with a minimum of 1 year of work experience. Basic computer and math skills with the ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. Able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive physical tasks, wear PPE, and work in hot, cold, dusty, or chemical-exposed environments.
