Role Overview: The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety. They manage team members through training, coaching, and scheduling, while upholding company policies and compliance with legal requirements. Key Responsibilities Complete required training, including food safety and management certifications Enhance guest satisfaction by supervising and developing team members Create work schedules, delegate shift tasks, and communicate expectations Lead, motivate, and coach staff to meet quarterly goals Ensure quality standards, cleanliness, and safety are consistently maintainedHandle guest and team concerns promptly and professionally Maintain operational compliance with company policies and legal guidelines Keep accurate records and utilize management tools effectively Promote a positive team culture and safe work environment Qualifications & Skills Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation 1-3 years of management experience; restaurant management preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Successful background check required Physical & Environmental Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, operate kitchen equipment safely, and work in temperature-varied environments.
