Job Description Provides supervision to staff while overseeing the operations of a branch store to include financials, sales promotions, personnel, inventory management, and training responsibilities. Strict environmental rules and regulations apply. Some command relations may be required. As a volume-based position, grading is dependent on maintaining sales in accordance with published Volume Standards. Job Grade 4 Job Tier 2 Career Area Retail Operations Supervisor Yes Job Qualifications Four years of experience in retail management, two of which were as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years. Or Bachelors degree and two years of experience as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years. Degree (one Of) BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred Additional Qualifications/Requirements PCS Not Authorized/LSP Not Authorized Salary Minimum $62,693.00 Major Duties Supervision of staff. Inventory management. Financial management and expense control. Staff development and mentoring. Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.
