Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to become part of our thriving, hospital-centered practice located in the greater Phoenix region. This role is perfect for a driven physician who has a passion for inpatient urology, tackling complex cases, and collaborating across various hospitals in a rapidly expanding metropolitan area recognized as the fifth largest city in the United States.

• Inpatient-focused urology hospitalist position with optional outpatient clinic opportunities available if desired.
• Weekend call shifts ranging from 8 to 26 per year (Friday 1:00 p.m. to Monday 8:00 a.m.).
• Coverage for approximately 3 to 7 hospitals each weekend, supported by 1 to 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and a strong clinical team.
• All licensing and credentialing expenses will be fully covered by the practice.

Established in 2008, we are a regional frontrunner in advanced urologic and urogynecological care, providing cutting-edge treatments for prostate, bladder, kidney, and pelvic floor conditions. Our fellowship-trained experts handle intricate issues such as vaginal prolapse and prostate cancer, employing minimally invasive and robotic techniques to enhance patient outcomes and quality of life.

Our practice is recognized as a go-to destination for referring physicians and patients in the Phoenix area, particularly for:

• Robotic surgeries (including prostate and kidney cancer, sacrocolpopexy)
• Advanced treatments for incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and erectile dysfunction

You will be joining a large, collaborative team that includes:

• Urology Specialists: Jeffrey Stern MD FACS, Aaron LaTowsky MD, David Kaplan MD, Chandan Kundavaram MD, John Mai MD, Amy Schlaifer MD, Joshua Jones MD, Oliver Ko MD
• Urogynecology Specialists: Jennifer Klauschie MD, Keri Wong MD, Hemikaa Devikumar MD, Christina Rogers DO
• Over 12 Advanced Practice Providers supporting both inpatient and outpatient care

Our areas of expertise encompass, but are not limited to:

• Prostate cancer, Da Vinci robotic surgery, GreenLight laser, vasectomy
• Incontinence and female vaginal prolapse
• Erectile dysfunction
• Laparoscopic nephrectomy
• ThermiVa, Rezum, Urolift, and other advanced therapies for BPH and pelvic health

The Urology Hospitalist will be responsible for:

• Providing weekend inpatient coverage and rounding on hospitalized urology patients.
• Managing post-operative patients, handling inpatient consultations, and performing urologic surgeries and procedures.
• Working closely with APPs and the broader team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Clinic or outpatient sessions can be integrated based on interest and the needs of the group.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Open to both new graduates and seasoned physicians
• Welcoming both AMG and IMG candidates
• A keen interest in modern, technology-driven urologic care and complex inpatient management
