About the Role

This position is responsible for Preventative Maintenance of the facility from troubleshooting, repairing

and maintaining warehouse equipment, rack repair & changes, working at heights, performing battery

changes, housekeeping, plumbing, metal fabrication and carpentry.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure that all equipment is operating properly and safely.
• Perform periodic and general maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned and according to schedule.
• Perform inspections of conveyor systems, air systems, shipping, packing equipment and building systems.
• Daily tasks may include plumbing, painting, rack repair, cleaning, general carpentry skills and metal fabrication.
• Change batteries and repair batteries and chargers as needed.
• Ability to problems solve and troubleshoot various conveyor and packaging systems.
• Complete repair orders and parts usage records.
• Work in various seasonal climates.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Ensure a safe work environment.
• Drive company truck for local pick-ups. Keep supervisor informed of problems and equipment that is not operating properly.
• Maintains good housekeeping and follows established safety procedures.
• Follows all Company guidelines as stated in the Associate Handbook and Safety Manual.
• Maintain awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.

Additional Expectations

• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
• Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
• Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
• Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some Technical or Trade school preferred.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• 1-2 years of working in a manufacturing/production environment, preferably working with industrial machinery.
• Must be computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Products..
