Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient position in Jamestown, North Dakota. This role involves providing outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services, primarily focusing on inpatient care, with responsibilities including general procedures and equipment utilization. The position offers a full-time schedule with rotating weekends and holidays, and an orientation period to familiarize new staff with the unit, hospital, computer systems, and electronic medical records.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays required for PRN coverage. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ND Physical Therapist license, BLS Certification, minimum of 1 year of experience, and at least 1 year of experience as a physical therapist.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inpatient and outpatient settings, familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system, and recent training in unit-specific protocols.
• Additional Information: Non-billable orientation includes 8 hours. The orientation covers unit, hospital, computer education, and EMR training. The department maintains casual dress code (no jeans, T-shirts, or sweats). No bed size or nurse-to-patient ratio applicable. No trauma level designation. The unit utilizes Epic electronic charting system.
• Submission Requirements: License to submit, and required certifications including BLS.
• Shift Notes: 8-hour days.
