# Motor Coach Driver ManagerMDS Bus Ops - Orlando, FL 32805## OverviewSalary Range$20.00 - $20.00 Hourly## Description**GENERAL DESCRIPTION:**Under general supervision of the Assistant Director of Driver Relations, performs various tasks related to assisting motor coach drivers in the performance of their duties. **TYPICAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Maintain open door policy for all drivers.* Manages and resolves all driver questions and concerns.* Acts as a liaison between drivers and management.* Reviews driver files and recommends to Assistant Director of Driver Relations whether action is required.* Responsible for driver attendance, payroll information, gratuity records, uniform orders.* Resolve operational and customer complaints.* Actively work with other Driver Managers.* Collaborate with other departments including Scheduling, Cashiers, and Dispatchers to resolve issues.* May be required to perform other related duties as requested.## QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Experience: Extensive background in employee management and customer service. Skill at: Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of: Greater Orlando area. Licenses: Florida Driver’s License. Special Requirements: Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays are required. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and colleagues.* Experience in conflict resolution, following and maintaining workplace confidentiality and privacy.* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn and become proficient in other programs. Knowledge of Samsara, Santa Cruz, AS400 desirable.* Must be able to access, enter and retrieve information from a computer system, and 10-key calculator.* Must be able to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.* Must be able to communicate by telephone, two-way radio system, and in person in clear fluent English in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner with drivers, customers, co-workers, and other persons.* Must be able to read and comprehend driver files, receipts, correspondence, inter-office communications and other documents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
