Project Manager – Multifamily Construction A General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up multifamily construction projects across South Florida. The successful candidate will manage projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities Manage all phases of ground-up multifamily construction from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts and cost reports. Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, change orders, RFIs and submittals. Coordinate closely with Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors. Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks and key decisions to stakeholders. Monitor quality, safety, permitting, inspections and overall contract compliance. Oversee project documentation, billing, closeout and turnover. Requirements Five or more years of commercial construction project-management experience. Previous ground-up multifamily construction experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of budgets, contracts, scheduling and subcontractor management. Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction-management software such as Procore and scheduling platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
