Warehouse Team Leader

PURPOSE: The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for all phases of product movement including receiving and/or shipping responsibilities. KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the receiving department and coordinates work assignments Loading and unloading trucks Order picking Operating equipment Preparing products for shipment Physical inventory count and preparation Storing inbound finished goods/raw materials Quality Control for outbound finished goods/raw materials Staging finished goods for outbound Prepping raw materials for packaging Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES: High school diploma or GED required Must have one year experience in a leadership role of receiving Must comply/adhere to all safety policies and procedures Must be able to work variable shift schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends as required Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job including physical lifting of up to 50 lbs Must ensure accuracy of work COMPETENCIES: Basic computer skills needed Capable of working in a team environment Demonstration of Calumet Values – Safety, Environment & Social Responsibility, Teamwork, Ownership, Passion for Customers, and Excellence Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
