• $90 – Reassessments
• $80 – Therapy Visits

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled occupational or physical therapy services in clients' homes
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, treatment visits, and discharges
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs
• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor client progress
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and the BrightStar Care team
• Deliver compassionate, professional, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Current Iowa OT or PT license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a PRN schedule
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel throughout Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required
