Job Summary As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at HCA Florida Englewood Hospital, you will support Registered Nurses in delivering hands‑on care, monitor patient conditions, and assist with daily living activities. Your role ensures a safe, welcoming environment for patients and contributes to improving lives each day. Responsibilities Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery. Provide non‑medicated care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices. Keep patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency. Manage supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness. Communicate kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality. No travel required. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
