Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and documentation of skilled services preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
