This leadership role partners closely with the Executive Director and department leaders to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and individualized care that enhances quality of life, dignity, and wellbeing. The ideal candidate is an experienced clinical leader who excels in team management, regulatory compliance, communication, resident care coordination, and building positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
