Store Operations Associate (Part Time)

Responsibilities In your role at CubeSmart Self-Storage, you will manage and maintain your property. This includes customer service and property maintenance. Customer Service Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering WOW or 5-Star service. Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport. Meet monthly sales goals and metrics. Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers. Work both independently and on a team renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments using our POS system, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments. Property Maintenance Physical requirements include daily walks of the property, cleaning units, and opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.). Maintain the facility, including mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar light activities. Keep a clean and safe storage facility to ensure condition meets company guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fences, walls, doors). Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market. Basic computer skills. Additional Requirements Ability to work Saturdays. Valid driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation used during the workday. Frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
