This role is in person / onsite .Please review the details below and apply with an updated resume.Position Type: Full-Time OpportunitySchedule: Monday through Friday (schedule may vary by clinic needs)Pay: $32.00 to $35 per hour , based on experienceResponsibilities of the Registered Dental Assistant:Assist chairside with dental procedures under direct supervisionTake dental x-rays and review patient health historyEducate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and post-exam care instructionsDocument dental care services by accurately charting patient recordsPrepare treatment rooms by following prescribed procedures and protocolsSet up clinical trays for proceduresSterilize treatment rooms, equipment, and instrumentsFabricate temporary crowns and bridgesMaintain inventory of dental supplies and materialsWork collaboratively as part of an integrated care teamUse medical databases, scheduling systems, and telemedicine software as neededFollow all dental practice guidelines, regulations, and safety standardsComplete other related duties and projects as assignedQualifications of the Registered Dental Assistant:Active California Registered Dental Assistant license requiredMinimum of 1 year of dental assisting experienceCertification from an accredited dental assisting program requiredDental X-Ray Certification requiredCoronal Polishing Certification requiredAbility to perform all duties listed aboveStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with people from diverse cultural and professional backgroundsAbility to build strong working relationships in a multidisciplinary team environmentBilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese are a plusWhy work for Adecco?Weekly Pay401(k) PlanSkills TrainingExcellent medical, dental, and vision benefitsPay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
