Key Responsibilities\n

• Focus exclusively on delivering exceptional counseling services, while our administrative team manages business operations to enhance your client care experience.

• Utilize our cloud-based EHR systems to document client interactions, progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information, ensuring compliance across all insurance channels.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to explore clients’ mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and maintain a safe therapeutic environment.

• Create and implement treatment programs tailored to assist clients in managing symptoms related to mental health issues, trauma responses, and dual diagnosis scenarios.

• Engage actively in supervision and professional development opportunities offered by Sparks Counseling Services to continuously refine therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come to us with a wide array of issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. You will play a crucial role in their journey toward healing and improvement of their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
\n
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a mental health or clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
\n
• Proficient in using technology; possess a reliable laptop or desktop computer, a high-speed internet connection, and a webcam for telehealth sessions.
\n
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional integrity while managing an effective client caseload.
\n
• A successful completion of a background check is required.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, based on experience and qualifications.
