Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,582 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13‑week contract in Willoughby, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for everyday life and provide immediate clinical contribution as a backfill for an outgoing clinician.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Ohio COTA state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Experience with NetHealth and/or PCC EHR preferred.
• Ability to orient quickly and provide immediate clinical contribution; backfill for an outgoing clinician.
• Resume required to submit for consideration.
