IT Technician – Small Business Support

We are seeking a versatile IT Technician to join our team. In this role, you will handle a wide range of IT tasks essential for small business operations. You’ll work closely with a highly skilled team of tech professionals, making this an excellent environment for learning and professional development. Responsibilities:
- Provide PC-level support (hardware and software troubleshooting).
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, connectivity).
- Support cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Assist with cybersecurity measures (endpoint protection, basic security audits).
- Deploy and configure IT equipment (workstations, printers, peripherals).
- Document processes and maintain accurate records of IT activities.
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex projects and escalations.
Required:
- Strong understanding of Windows and basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices.
- Knowledge of Linux or MacOS environments.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+).
