Job Summary

We are hiring an Inside Sales Associate to support sales efforts through phone, email, and virtual outreach. You'll respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and help close sales, contributing to overall revenue goals in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs
• Present product or service offerings to prospective customers
• Process orders and maintain accurate sales records
• Follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with phone-based sales outreach
• Basic proficiency with CRM software
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
