LNG is seeking an experienced and compassionate Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and experienced in managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement while maintaining exceptional communication with clients, providers, and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and next steps.
• Request, review, and organize medical records and bills.
• Coordinate treatment updates with medical providers.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and documentation.
• Track deadlines and ensure case files remain complete and organized.
• Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys with settlement negotiations.
• Schedule appointments, follow up on outstanding records, and maintain accurate case notes.
• Support attorneys with litigation preparation when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or Legal Assistant in a plaintiff PI law firm.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury claims and pre-litigation processes.
• Experience obtaining and reviewing medical records and billing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
