Location: DeKalb, IL
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week
Contract: ASAP – May 20, 2027
Setting: Onsite | K–12
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in DeKalb, Illinois . This position offers a supportive and collaborative environment with resources designed to help clinicians succeed in the school setting.
Position Highlights
- Work with students across K–12th grade
- Access to a same-discipline supervisor for professional support and problem-solving
- New-hire Buddy Program to provide a thorough orientation
- Equipment and testing materials readily available
- Access to professional development courses focused on school-based services
- Dedicated collaboration time through monthly meetings and roundtable discussions
- Regular 1:1 check-ins and team meetings with leadership
