Office Services Associate Bellevue, WA (Onsite) 3 + Months (temp to hire)

The Office Services Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive office services support, including document processing, records management, print and copy operations, mail services, and customer support. This role ensures the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of documents while maintaining office equipment, supporting administrative operations, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, open, process, and organize documents into designated files.
• Operate high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, and other office equipment.
• Perform document copying, scanning, printing, sorting, filing, and record management.
• Troubleshoot basic printer and copier issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records, inventory, and service logs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate print, copy, and document production requests while ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Assist with meeting room setup, reception duties, and general office support as needed.
• Perform light maintenance of office equipment and ensure operational readiness.
• Follow company safety procedures while handling office equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations and meet service level expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive documents and records.
• Support inventory management of office supplies and production materials.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in office services, mailroom, records management, print/copy services, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Previous experience in copy center, print production, mailroom, or office services.
• Basic knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, postage equipment, and office technology.
• Experience with document management and records processing systems.
• Valid driver's license (if required for the site).
