Expected Clinical Hours: 24–32 hours per week
Pay Range: $80,000–$132,000 per year, based on licensure, experience, and caseload

Position Overview

We are seeking a  Children & Family Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, dependable clinician who enjoys working collaboratively with parents and other support systems and is comfortable treating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, and family/relationship dynamics.

This position offers significant scheduling flexibility and is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy while also wanting the support and connection of a group practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Utilize evidence-based and developmentally appropriate interventions.
• Approaches may include CBT, EMDR, play-based interventions, family systems approaches, and other evidence-based modalities appropriate to the clinician's training.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, medical providers, and other support systems when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in case consultation, clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and licensing standards.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a clinician who:

• Has a  master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Holds an active or provisionally active Nebraska mental health license, including  PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, LCSW, LICSW, PhD, PsyD, or other applicable Nebraska credential .
• Has experience working with children, adolescents, and families; 2+ years of mental health experience is preferred .
• Demonstrates integrity, initiative, professionalism, optimism, enthusiasm, self-discipline, and a strong work ethic.
• Is dependable and able to independently manage clinical responsibilities.
• Values collaboration and being part of a supportive clinical team.
• Is available for some evening appointments to meet client and family scheduling needs.

Work Location: In person in Hastings, Nebraska, with telehealth flexibility

Education:
Master's degree or higher in an applicable mental health field required.

Licensure:
Current Nebraska mental health licensure or provisional licensure required.

Experience:

• Mental health counseling: 2 years preferred
• Experience working with children and families: 1+ year preferred
