365 Enterprises, LLC is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Executive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the owner and assist with day-to-day business and personal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and helping keep multiple businesses running efficiently.
What You'll Do
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and special events
Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Assist with confidential documents and business communications
Conduct online research and gather information for projects
Help coordinate multiple business operations and priorities
Follow up with vendors, contractors, and business partners
Organize files, reports, and company records
Handle personal errands and miscellaneous tasks as needed
Assist with special projects from start to finish
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience preferred
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Self-starter who works well with little supervision
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Google Workspace is a plus
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
