Lineage is seeking an Operations Manager to provide strategic direction and oversee a medium-sized warehouse with a broad scope of responsibilities. Lead, train, and evaluate staff while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations in a food-handling environment. You will work cross-functionally to meet performance goals, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies.
