Now Hiring 2nd shift Warehouse Lead Location: West York, PA $22.00/hour to start Training on 1st Shift (8AM–4:30PM) → Move to 2nd Shift (3:30PM–12AM Working Lead of a small warehouse team and keep operations running smooth and efficient. This is a hands-on role —you’ll be working alongside your team daily. What You’ll Do Lead a team of 5–8 warehouse associates Pick orders using order picker equipment Load/unload trucks and pack shipments Handle inventory control and order accuracy Complete paperwork and quality checks Receive materials and distribute deliveries Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Operate forklift / cherry picker equipment Requirements 3+ years warehouse experience Leadership or team lead experience Forklift / material handling equipment experience Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory Able to lift, carry, and work on feet English (read/write/speak) High School Diploma or GED Work Environment Non-climate controlled warehouse Racking up to 30 ft high Team-based, fast-paced environment Steel-toe boots required No phones or earbuds on floor Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
