Job Title

Travel: Registered Nurse (RN) / Labor & Delivery – Nights

Location

Johnson, Arkansas

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every other weekend required | On-call shifts 2x per scheduled period

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring and delivering patients throughout the full continuum of the labor and delivery process
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpret electronic fetal monitoring, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Assist with and support vaginal and cesarean deliveries in collaboration with the obstetric care team
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Participate in on-call shifts as required per scheduling period
• Float to other units as operationally needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Active Arkansas RN license or multistate (Compact) RN license
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Postpartum nursing experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in hospital settings
