Job PostingWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Lathe Machinist with VTL experience to join our team. This position is responsible for machining, repairing, and refurbishing components used in industrial equipment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate manual lathes and VTL (Vertical Turret Lathe) machinesMachine parts to specifications based on blueprints and work ordersRead and interpret technical drawings and specificationsMeasure, inspect, and verify dimensions using precision measuring toolsRepair and modify industrial equipment components as neededMaintain machines, tooling, and a clean, safe work areaFollow all safety and quality standardsRequirementsProven experience operating manual lathes and/or VTL machinesStrong understanding of machining techniques, tolerances, and materialsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsExperience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring toolsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbsPreferred Qualifications:Experience machining large or heavy componentsBasic milling experience a plusScheduleFull-time, Monday–Saturday, 6am-6pm
