District Consumer Banker II (Mason Montgomery)

Responsibilities Open new accounts and perform account maintenance Run a teller drawer as needed by management Support client engagement through active calling, conversations, and follow‑up Partner with internal constituents to provide expertise and service solutions to clients Ensure timely client follow‑up calls and maintain operational and risk management standards Assist clients in transacting business in the branch, drive‑thru, phone, and email Model First Financial Bank’s mission and values for peers and coworkers Adhere to all compliance and regulatory procedures Collaborate with District Specialists to execute retail strategies and objectives Act as a trusted advisor using the First Client Conversation Model Participate in site center huddles and meetings to support sales and service activities Consistently meet or exceed sales, service, and referral goals set by management Provide digital assistance and support for clients using the bank’s online offerings Stay informed on all bank products, processes, and procedures, especially complex items Travel Daily travel shall not exceed 60 miles per day. Travel between banking centers and mileage reimbursement above current commute will qualify for business‑related reimbursement. Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 3‑4 years of client service experience in a retail environment 3‑4 years of sales and service experience with a track record of achieving sales and service goals in retail High school diploma or GED required; notary authorization is a plus Strong bank product knowledge and solid sales skills Preferred Knowledge and Skills Level of complexity and scope: high Degree of independence and decision‑making: moderate Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 lbs. Frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs. and frequently sit, stand, walk, and drive Compliance Statement The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by state and federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti‑Money Laundering, OFAC, and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements.
