Medical Technologist - Chemistry

Job Description A facility near Columbus, OH is seeking a Medical Technologist, Chemistry to join their laboratory team! Pay Range: $35-$51/hr (based on experience) Medical Technologist, Chemistry Opportunity:

- Full-time permanent opportunity
- Day Shift;rotating weekends and holidays
- Medical technologist, Chemisry performs moderate- and high-complexity testing across all laboratory departments, with primary expertise in clinical chemistry, ensuring accurate and timely patient results.
- Serves as a chemistry resource by troubleshooting instrumentation, assisting with method validation, resolving complex result discrepancies, and providing technical guidance to laboratory staff.
- Maintains quality assurance through calibration, quality control, proficiency testing, and compliance with CAP, CLIA, and laboratory policies while supporting efficient laboratory operations.
- MT certification from AMT or ASCP
- Previous medical lab experience required
- Previous blood bank experience preferred
