Commercial Loan Specialist

DutiesAs a technical expert, the incumbent is delegated responsibility for the development, management, coordination and administration of an assigned loan and grant program.Conducts evaluation reviews of State-wide performance to determine the effectiveness of the Community and/or Business Programs.Keeps informed of new polices and directives prepared by the National Office.As required, provides assistance to employees in the analysis of loan and grant applications.Prepares written loan approval determinations or recommendations for loan approval and submits to approving official as appropriate.Develops, implements and coordinates a broad and aggressive marketing and outreach program to support all assigned Programs.
