Luxor Staffing is hiring  Lead Fulfillment Associate  paying up to $23 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Shift:  Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily floor operations by assigning associates to picking, packing, and receiving stations and monitoring productivity.
• Monitor order volume and adjust staffing to clear bottlenecks and meet e-commerce service level agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Perform quality checks on packed orders to verify correct items, inserts, labels, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate daily shipments by organizing packages by carrier and preparing pallets for scheduled daily carrier.

Required:

• 1–3 years of experience  in e-commerce, warehousing, retail logistics, or a similar environment.
• Previous leadership experience as a Team Lead, Shift Coordinator, Process Assistant, or similar role is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to coach employees, onboard new hires, and work effectively under pressure.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for tracking and analyzing productivity data.
• Experience with RF scanners, mobile dimensioning tools, and barcode thermal printers; familiarity with ShipHero, Shopify, or NetSuite is a plus.
