As a Financial Product Director in JPMorgan Chase, you will spearhead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of our Growth & Onboarding, ensuring they align with regulatory standards and deliver exceptional value. Job responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic product plans that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements, ensuring optimal market positioning. * Lead cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and lifecycle management, enhancing customer value and competitive advantage. * Analyze complex data sets to identify market trends and customer data translating insights into actionable strategies for product development. * Establish and maintain robust risk and control frameworks across product processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and risk appetite. * Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships that enhance product offerings and expand market reach, leveraging advanced stakeholder management skills. * Accountable for P&L elements or direct financial results, forecast accuracy, and value realization from initiatives. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Demonstrate advanced expertise in strategic leadership and communication, setting direction for financial product portfolios and aligning teams to achieve revenue and retention goals. * Exhibit proficiency in end-to-end ownership of product outcomes, managing the customer lifecycle from discovery to expansion while ensuring compliance and value realization. * Ability to apply expert-level analytical thinking to address complex commercial problems, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and improve financial metrics. * Leverage advanced skills in market analysis to evaluate competitive dynamics and regulatory signals, guiding product positioning and investment strategies. * 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in financial product management, including leading cross-functional teams and driving innovative solutions in a dynamic financial environment.
