This physically demanding role plays a key part in ensuring our logistics run smoothly. In addition to typical warehouse tasks, about 25% of this role involves driving company vehicles (such as a box truck) to pick up and drop off equipment and materials at job sites. The role also includes basic computer and data entry tasks, such as updating inventory systems, logging deliveries, and maintaining records, so computer literacy is essential.Key Responsibilities:Unload trucksOrganize and store inventory efficientlyPick up and deliver equipment/materials using company vehiclesKeep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-maintainedFollow all safety protocols and company proceduresPerform general maintenance and assist with other warehouse tasks as neededEnter data accurately into inventory and delivery systemsUse computer programs to log and track incoming and outgoing materialsRequirements:Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbsPhysical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentValid Florida Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)Experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles is a plusMust pass a background check and drug screeningStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsGood communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry tasks accuratelyJob Details:Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour depending on experienceSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (approx. 5 hours of overtime weekly)Benefits available after applicable waiting periodIf you're ready to play a vital role in supporting our field teams and keeping operations running smoothly, apply today to join the RJ Kielty family!
