Shipping & Inventory Control Clerk

SeeScan is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Control Clerk to support the smooth flow of material both within our facilities and to and from our outside partners. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where your reliability and attention to detail will directly impact multiple departments. This position pays $20/hour or more , depending on experience and qualifications. We are looking for a long‑term, in‑house teammate to join us, not a contractor or consultant. In this position, you will Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and process receipts in our ERP system Process domestic and international outgoing shipments, including documentation, labeling, and compliance requirements (EEI filing, commercial invoices, HTS/Schedule B codes, free trade forms) Verify sales order packing lists and pick orders Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and stock replenishment Organize and maintain stockroom layout for accessibility and accuracy Load and unload trucks; drive company vehicles for local pickups and deliveries Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment Coordinate material movement between facilities as needed Support backlog reduction during peak periods across both areas About you High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and a self‑motivated work style Strong problem‑solving skills with effective verbal and written communication Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal liability insurance in your name Your background Experience receiving material and entering data in an ERP system Stockroom and inventory experience, ideally in an MRP/ERP environment Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) About SeeScan Beneath the ground and below the water’s surface is a world out of sight.
