Operational Specialist

job summary:
Adminstrative Operations Specialist needed in the Denver CO area. In this role you will support an exceptional team of engineers and consultants as they work to complete major utility and industrial construction projects. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and an associates degree.

responsibilities:

• Manage VP calendar logistics, complex travel, expense reports, and high-profile catering/meeting coordination.

• Track client project change orders, assist with business plan assembly, and monitor departmental budgets and expenditures.

• Direct office resource allocation, space assignments, and establish standard operating procedures for the department.

• Facilitate cross-team communications, track project benchmarks, and compile monthly progress reports and executive presentations.

• Oversee departmental training compliance, resolve operational issues, and provide cross-training and performance feedback to junior support staff.
