Support an R&D engineering team focused on next-generation medical device development. This role involves executing electrochemical experiments, collecting and documenting data, performing incoming material inspections, supporting electrochemistry builds and testing, and communicating results to engineers. It provides hands-on laboratory support within a collaborative product development environment.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Hands-on experience supporting laboratory or engineering testing activities.

• Experience executing experiments, collecting data, and documenting results.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols independently.

• Experience with electrochemical testing preferred.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in medical device product development or R&D environment preferred.

• Ability to learn new experiments and processes quickly.

• Exposure to inspection tools, optical measurement systems, or Keyence equipment is a plus.

• Team-oriented with strong communication abilities.

Work Environment

The position is based in an onsite laboratory and engineering environment with a team of 4 engineers led by a Staff Engineer. The group is highly collaborative and R&D-focused. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with core hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a flexible start time within 1 hour. The initial contract is for 6 months with the possibility of extension or conversion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
