Plastics Injection Molding Process Specialist

What You'll Do

Step into a hands-on role where you set up, operate, and keep injection molding machines running smoothly to turn out precise, high‑quality plastic parts. Your day revolves around dialing in machine parameters, watching performance closely, making smart adjustments, and resolving issues quickly so production stays efficient.

Day-in-the-Life Snapshot

Prepare and set up molds, tools, and dies prior to production.
Operate injection molding equipment and monitor cycle performance.
Tune process parameters to maintain part quality and consistency.
Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain overall efficiency of the molding process from start to finish.

Your Background

Mechanical troubleshooting proficiency.
Hands-on experience in injection molding.
Tool, die, and mold setup experience.
