Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine at our St. Luke s location in Carrollton, VA. Carrollton is nestled on the James River between Smithfield and Suffolk, VA.

Position Highlights:

  Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)

\n
• \n

  Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week; option for some extended hours

\n
• \n

  Average of 18-20 patients per day

\n

Minimum Requirements:

  Active NP or PA

\n
• \n

  Minimum master s degree Required

  Must have prior APP experience, 2-3 years preferred
