Maintain excellent attendance.Product Knowledge & Daily DeliverablesTools: Be highly effective & efficient with an airless sprayer, sanders, drills & other various tools.Coatings: Know the right product for the right job. Understand the basics of color therapy & have an advanced knowledge of all primers, Int/Ext paints & stains, & all basic base types.Sprayers: Advanced knowledge of sprayers & basic equipment repair & maintenance.Aci QualityPrep: Set up all job sites with necessary equipment & supplies & do so, quickly & routinely.Job Breakdown: Thorough clean the job site & break down a sprayer to the ball.Market Segment Expert: Residential Repairs, Small Commercial & Small IndustrialApplication: Cut & roll 300 sq-ft/hour, brush & roll doors, roll high gloss smooth wall, spray & back-roll interior, properly trim out exterior, basics of spraying an interior, basics of log home chinking & staining, advanced Int/Ext stain techniques, & paint & stain fiberglass doors.
